Which products will I pay VAT on?
  Dependent on your delivery address and the VAT status of the item you are ordering, you may or may not have to pay VAT. This will be calculated automatically and displayed during the checkout process. If you have an EU VAT number with delivery to a non-UK EU address, please ring 0344 994 4488 to place your order and ensure VAT is charged correctly onto your order.
I have a question on my charges.
  If you have a question about a charge, please review your order history first. To view your orders, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "View orders". Here you can compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Print invoices" to view and print invoices. 
When will my refund appear on my account?
  The time it takes for your refund credit to appear on your account may vary.  However, credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we received your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Please allow 1 business day for processing of your credit card and email-arrival of your voucher number and redemption instructions.
