citb.hsanderevision@pearson.com within 7 days of placing their order. Customers must return physical products within 14 days of their cancellation request. DVDs cannot be returned if they are unsealed. Please contact the Customer Service Team on 0344 994 4488 for more information about returning an item.
Vouchers cannot be returned. All voucher purchases are final.
Downloads can only be refunded if the supplied access key hasn’t been used.

Refund Process
Once your return has been authorised by the Customer Service Team, you may receive a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) number. This RMA number should be quoted on any return you make. Once the product has been received and verified, we will credit your account within 7 to 10 business days.
